调度自动化系统是实现变电站无人值班的基础。而变电站自动化系统是实现变电站无人值班的充分条件，也就是说，变电站微机保护装置、安全自动装置及微机监控系统能实现功能更完善、技术更先进的无人值班站；并能向调度自动化系统提供更实时、更可靠的信息，因此，也是实现电网运行管理现代化的前提。
?Dispatch automation system is the basis for the realization of unmannedsubstation and the integrated automation system is the abundant condition for therealization of unmanned substation. The microprocessor protection, safety automationdevice and microprocessor monitoring system can realize functionally and technically' better unmanned substation, which can provide more real--time and more reliableinformation for dispatch automation system. It is a condition precedent for themodernization of power net management.
