摘要
分析了变电站综合自动化技术必将获得广泛应用的发展趋势 ,在建议变电站自动化系统应采用面向对象设计思想的基础上 ,对变电站自动化系统结构、合理选用电力监控仪、平衡监控主站系统资源、变电站功能配置及通信系统等方面进行了分析与讨论。进一步强调了变电站自动化系统中设备按照间隔分布 ,功能配置合理 ,以及该系统模块化的网络结构和通信特点 ,并提出了设计中应采用的策略。
The development tendency of integrated substation automation technique is analyzed.On the basis of object oriented design concept,the system structure,the proper selection of monitoring and control instruments,the balance of system resources are discussed.The device allocation according to separate cells,the proper function configuration,the modularized network structure and system communication features are emphasized.The design strategy is proposed.
