摘要
为保证变电站自动化系统监控主站的可靠性,文章提出以其最重要的资源——中央处理器的负载水平作为衡量其可靠性的指标之一,并在对其任务进行详细分析的基础上,估算出变电站正常运行时监控主站的资源平衡水平。最后,针对采用WindowsNT所提供的基于线程的多任务机制实现的监控主站,依据资源平衡的原则对其进行了实验室测试。
In order to ensure the reliability of the host for monitoring and controlling in a substation automation system, it is proposed that the central processor's process time, i.e., the host's most important resource, can be used as a standard of measuring the host's reliability. The tasks of the host are analysed in detail so that the resource balance level is estimated during the normal operation of the substation. Finally, the host, which applies the multithread based mechanism provided by Windows NT, is tested in the laboratory according to the principle of resource balance and its shortages are improved.
