摘要
扼要介绍了作者多年来在采样值差动保护的开发与应用中的一些体会与经验 ,对所遇到的一些主要问题作了相应的回答 ,对采样值差动的特殊能力作了一些介绍。着重讨论了采样值差动与瞬时值差动的区别 ,采样值差动的两个关键参数R和S在不同应用对象时的选择方法。还举出了作者将采样差动原理运用在母线差动保护、短线路电流纵差动保护和变压器电流差动保护时 ,R和S的选择结果及其应用情况。在实际的保护装置中 ,动作性能良好。
Experiences in the development and application of sampling value differential protection are introduced.The answers to the main problems encountered are given.The special performances of the sampling value differential protection are introduced too.The differences between the sampling value differential protection and transient value differential protection,the methods for selecting the main parameter R and S in different applications are discussed.Some examples of the application situations R & S selection results in bus bar protection,short line protection and transformer protection with sampling value differential principle are presented.The performances of these protections are better than the traditional equipment.
