摘要
目的观察腹泻型肠易激综合征应用培菲康、得舒特联合心理护理的疗效、不良反应和对抑郁、焦虑状态评分的影响。方法以罗马Ⅲ标准选取腹泻型肠易激综合征患者90例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组45例,其中治疗组给予培菲康、得舒特联合心理护理治疗8周,对照组给予培菲康、得舒特治疗8周。观察两组治疗前后IBS的症状、大便性状情况及抑郁状态,并进行量化评分比较。结果治疗组的消化道主要症状治疗后总有效率约为93.00%,而对照组的总有效率约为82.00%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗后治疗组患者的HAMA、HAMD评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论腹泻型肠易激综合征应用培菲康、得舒特联合心理护理治疗疗效显著、持久,能很好地缓解躯体症状和抑郁、焦虑状态。
Objective To observe the effects of bifico,shute combined with psychological nursing in the patients on diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome.Methods 90 cases of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome in Rome Ⅲ standard selection were divided into treatment group and control group,each group with 45 patients.The treatment group was treated with bifico,shute combined with psychological nursing for 8 weeks,the control group was given bifico,shute for 8 weeks respectively.The symptoms of the patients were scored,as well as their depressed and anxiety by means of symptom rating scale.Results In the treatment group,digestive symptoms could be ameliorated after treatment,the total effective rate was 93.00%;while in the control group,the total effective rate was 82.00%.In comparison of the total effective rate between the two groups,there was statistically significant difference （P 0.01）.After treatment,the treated group in HAMA,HAMD scores were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 0.01）.Conclusion The curative effects of bifico,shute combined with psychological nursing therapy in IBS with diarrhea are marked and permanent.It can be used to relieve physical symptoms and improve the depressive and anxious emotions with high safety and few adverse reactions.
