摘要
本文提出疏肝健脾针法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征,将针灸的经络学说与辨证论治紧密结合,体现了中医的整体观。在临床中验证了该针法的临床疗效,经文献整理及验案介绍,阐述疏肝健脾针法的理论依据及临床运用。
The purpose of this article was to treat IBS with diarrhea by proposing Shuganjianpi Acupuncture. It combined the doctrine of meridians and collaterals with the syndrome differentiation and treatment closely,which reflected the wholistic concept of TCM.We had confirmed the clinical efficacy of this acupuncture during the clin- ical research.Through the collection of literature and the introduction of proved cases,this article expounded the theoretical basis of Shuganjianpi Acupuncture and its clinical application.
