关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术的研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 前交叉韧带是膝关节重要的稳定结构,损伤后可引起许多继发性的关节疾病。目前,关节镜下重建术已成为治疗ACL损伤的主流方法。随内固定技术的不断改进,越来越多学者开始采用自体腘绳肌腱作为移植物,运用更符合生物力学、解剖学要求的方法重建前交叉韧带,取得了满意的临床效果。本文就近几年有关ACL重建在移植物的选择、固定技术的改进、术后疗效的评估以及重建失败的原因与翻修等方面的新进展作一综述。
