摘要
目的观察多西紫杉醇联合顺铂和5-氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法选取2010年2月～2012年2月于笔者所在医院接受检查和治疗的晚期胃癌患者48例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组24例,观察其治疗总有效率。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为54.17%,明显高于对照组的33.34%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多西紫杉醇联合顺铂和5-氟尿嘧啶的临床治疗效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of patients with advanced gastric cancer treated with docetaxel combined with cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil.Methods 48 patients with gastric cancer in the author’s hospital were randomly divided into two groups,and each had 24 patients.The clinical effects were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 54.17%,and obviously more than that of control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Docetaxel combined with cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil which were used in treating gastric cancer has a good clinical effect and the treatment is worthy of promotion.
