摘要
目的分析胃癌的CT表现,评价CT低张造影扫描在胃癌诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析经手术和胃镜病理证实的46例胃癌患者术前CT低张造影检查的影像表现。结果 CT低张造影较好地显示21例贲门癌、15例胃体癌、9例胃窦癌及1例全胃癌病变的全貌、病变与周围脏器的关系、淋巴结转移和脏器转移灶。结论 CT低张造影检查能为临床诊断及治疗提供可靠的依据。
Objective To analyze the CT findings of gastric cancer,and evaluate the value of CT in the clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer.Methods CT findings in 46 patients verified by operation and endoscopic pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results CT scans clearly revealed the gastric carcinoma lesions,the relationship between the lesions and surrounding organs,metastasis of abdominal lymph nodes and organs.Conclusion CT can provide the reliable evidence for clinical diagnosis or surgical resection of gastric carcinoma.
