摘要
目的分析胃癌的CT表现及其诊断价值。方法回顾性分析31例经胃镜下活检和病理证实的胃癌患者的CT资料。结果主要CT征象为胃壁增厚、僵硬、肿块。CT清楚地显示了胃癌病变的全貌、病变与周围脏器的关系,但显示腹部淋巴结转移及胃癌的定性方面有一定的局限性。结论CT可显示胃癌的大小、形态、范围,判定有无周围浸润及其他脏器转移,如结合胃肠钡餐造影、纤维胃镜,能为临床诊断及手术切除提供可靠的依据。
Objective To analyze the CT characteristics of gastric cancer and its diagnostic values. Methods The data of thirtyone patients with gastric cancer, who were diagnosed by biopsy under gastroscopy and pathological examination, were analyzed retrospectively. Results The main CT signs of gastric cancer were thickening rigidity and mass in the stomach wall. CT showed the full profile of gastric cancer lesions, as well as the relationship between lesions and surrounding organs. But it had some limitations in revealing abdominal lymph node metastasis and determining benign or malignant tumor. Conclusion The size, morphology, and scope of gastric cancer can be showed by CT clearly, which is helpful in determining whether there is infiltration toward surrounding tissues and other organs. If CT examination is combined with barium meal or fiberoptic gastmscope, the reliable information can be acquired for clinical diagnosis and operation.
