摘要
目的探讨一种有效的个体化综合治疗单侧唇裂术后唇鼻畸形的方法。方法 自2009年5月至2011年3月，对21例单侧唇裂术后唇鼻畸形患者采用个性化的综合治疗方法进行修复，调整两侧唇峰高度相同，缩窄白唇瘢痕，抬高塌陷的鼻基底，矫正患侧鼻翼塌陷，调整两侧鼻孔使之对称，矫正红唇局部凹陷或裂隙。结果本组21例患者唇鼻畸形均得到明显改善，随访3个月至1年，外形良好。结论单侧唇裂术后唇鼻畸形的修复有规律可循，兼顾个体畸形差异适当调整术式可达到良好效果。
Objective To explore an effective approach of comprehensive secondary repair of the unilat- eral cleft lip and nasal deformity based on individual clinical situations. Methods From May 2009 to March 2011, totally 21 cases with unilateral cleft lip and nasal deformities received the comprehensive secondary re- pair. According to the individual difference, operations such as making high the peak of the lip equal, constric- ting scar on white lip, raising the collapse nose basis, correcting the collapse nasal wing, making the nostrils symmetry, correcting local vermilion depression or gap were performed. Results After 3 to 12 months follow- up, all cases got satisfactory outcome with obviously improvement of the deformities. Conclusion Secondary repair of the cleft lip and nasal deformity could follow some therapeutic principles, and optimal outcome could be achieved by individual repair.
