摘要
目的:探讨鼻部整形中应用膨体聚四氟乙烯的手术方法及效果。方法:本组100例均采用"开放式"切口。根据鼻部具体情况,将膨体材料雕刻成所需形状,埋置于相应部位,构建鼻部假体支架,以此改善鼻部形态。结果:本组100例患者应用膨体行鼻部整形,术后随访1～4年,其中2例发生慢性排斥反应,1例受重力击打致假体外露,以致取出假体,其余97例形态自然,效果满意。结论:在鼻部整形中应用膨体可取得良好效果。
Objective Therapeutic methods and effects of utilizing e-PTFE in nasal plastic are discussed.Methods Open-incision method was used on 100 patients.According to different nasal situation,cut e-PTFE into needed shape,then put it at appropriate place,then construct the e-PTFE framework of nose to improve nasal contour.Results 100 patients were treated with aforementioned method.According to 1～4 years＇ follow-up,natural and satisfactory effects were achieved in 97 cases,except for two cases with chronic rejection and one case＇s implant uncovered after being hit.Conclusion The usage of e-PTFE in nasal plastic can acquire favorable effects.
