摘要
目的探讨急诊门诊开展"优质护理服务示范工程"的实践与效果分析。方法通过创优护理服务,比较实施创优护理服务前后护士和患者的满意度。结果实施后护士工作满意度、患者满意度明显优于实施前(P=0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论实施创优服务后可以提高护理人员和患者的满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of quality care demonstration project on emergency clinics.Methods Through quality care demonstration project,to compare the implementation of quality nursing service and nursing and patients＇ satisfaction.Results After the implementation of nurse job satisfaction,patients＇ satisfaction was significantly better than before.There was statistical significance（P=0.01）.Conclusion The implementation of the excellence services can improve the nursing staff and patients＇ satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical application.
