COX-2及VEGF在胃癌中的表达及临床意义 被引量:8

Expression and significance of COX-2 and VEGF in gastric carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及环氧合酶2(COX-2)在人胃癌组织中表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测51例胃癌组织中VEGF、COX-2和CD34的表达,并以24例正常胃黏膜标本作为对照。对CD34阳性血管进行微血管密度(MVD)计数。结果胃癌组织中的VEGF和COX-2表达明显高于正常胃组织(P<0.01),VEGF和COX-2的表达与MVD明显正相关(P<0.01)。COX-2和VEGF与胃癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。胃癌中的MVD明显高于正常胃组织(P<0.01)。结论在胃癌组织中,COX-2和VEGF的高表达可能在肿瘤的血管生成和进展过程中起着重要作用。 Objective To investigate the expressions and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and cyclooxygenase - 2 (COX-2) in gastric carcinoma. Methods The expressions of VEGF and COX-2 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 51 gastric carcinoma specimens(group A) and 24 normal tissues(group B). Microvessel density(MVD) was obtained by counting CD34 positive blood vessels. Results The expressions of VEGF and COX-2 proteins and MVD were significantly higher in group A than those in group B(P〈0. 01). The expressions of VEGF and COX-2 were positively correlated with MVD(P〈0. 01). The expressions of VEGF and COX-2 protein were closely related with invasion depth, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage (P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01). MVD was higher in group A than that in group B(P〈0. 01). Conelusion Overexpressions of COX-2 and VEGF may play an important role in the angiogenesis and progression of gastric carcinoma.
