摘要
为开展电子束术中放射治疗,新设计的专用装置附在加速器机头,术中筒直接插入患者体腔照射肿瘤。临床剂量学研究了输出因子,表面剂量,90%剂量区域、X线污染、剂量剖面分布及热释光剂量计(TLD)患者受照剂量监测等。
Since 1972, IORT was started at the PLA general hospital, and the use of beam of high energy electron was begun after 1979. New equipment especially for IORT was then designed, which was attached to the head of the accelerator, and the cone is inserted directly into the tumor of the patient. Clinic dosimetry has been investigated for the output dose factor, the surface dose, the 90% area, the x-Ray contamination, radiation leakage from the equipment, and beam profiles in each cone. TLD was also monitored for patients.
