摘要
目的:探讨小儿输液问题的各类难点及护理对策,提高小儿静脉输液穿刺成功的机率。方法:选择200例难度较大的小儿输液作为观察对象,分为对照组和观察组,来进一步找寻最佳的护理对策。结果:观察组成功穿刺机率明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(均P<0.05),观察组显著优于对照组。结论:通过对小儿输液前心理特征认真分析,巧妙的运用相应的语言鼓励和操作技巧,提高了小儿配合程度及穿刺的成功率。
Objective： Pediatric transfusion problems of various difficulties and nursing, to study how to more effectively improve pediatric intravenous puncture the chances of success. Method： This selection of 200 cases of pediatric transfusion are difficult to ob- serve the object as divided into control group and observation group, to further find the best nursing. Results Observation group was sig- nificantly higher probability of successful puncture, the two groups, the difference was significant （ all P 〈 O. 05 ）, the observation group were significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Before infusion through the psychological characteristics of children with serious analysis, clever use of appropriate language to encourage and operating skills, increase with the extent of children and puncture success rate.
