金黄色葡萄球菌酚溶调制肽(PSM)的致病作用 被引量:1

摘要 金黄色葡萄球菌是引起人类感染性疾病的主要致病菌之一。随着抗生素的广泛应用,葡萄球菌对抗生素的耐药已成为临床治疗感染性疾病的重大难题。近年来,一种具有强致病力特点的社区获得性耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(CA-MRSA)暴发流行,严重威胁着人类的健康,给临床治疗带来巨大挑战。
