社区获得性耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌调查分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的对入院48~72 h检出耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的患者进行调查,甄别是否为社区获得性感染。方法用现患调查和回顾性调查的方法,统计从2006年1月至2009年1月入院48~72 h内检出MRSA感染患者48例,追溯患者1年内是否有过住院、门诊治疗或曾经感染过该细菌。结果 14.6%为真正的社区获得性耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(CA-MRSA)感染,而85.4%的患者与医源性感染有关。结论对MRSA感染患者应进行仔细甄别,以准确判断感染来源,为预防和治疗MRSA感染提供依据。
