摘要
目的建立HPLC测定五味子醇甲含量的方法。方法以反相高效液相法测定五味子醇甲的含量。色谱柱:Hanbon LichrospherC1(8250×4.6mm×5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(63∶37);检测波长:251nm;结果五味子醇甲在0.1051~2.102μg浓度范围内线性关系良好;(r=0.9999,n=7)平均加样回收率为97.03%,RSD为1.02%。结论该方法快速,简便,准确,重复性好。
Objective To establish a method for determining the content of Schisandrin.Methods The Schisandrin in Hugan Pill was determinined by RP-HPLC.The analytical column was Hanbon Lichrospher(250×4.6mm×5μm) and mobile phase was methanol-water(67:33);Schisandrin was detected at 251nm.Results In the scope of 0.1051-2.102μg,Schisandrin had good liner relationship with their peak area(r=0.9999,n=7).The average recovery rate was 97.03%,RSD1.02%(n=5).Conclution The results show that the method was rapid,simple and precise.
