摘要
目的建立测定琥珀安神丸中五味子醇甲含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(65∶35),流速为0.8 mL/min,检测波长为250 nm,柱温为室温。结果五味子醇甲进样量的线性范围为0.047 08~0.235 4μg,r=1.000 0(n=5),平均回收率为97.98%,RSD=0.88%(n=6)。结论该法简便、快速、准确,可用于产品的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of Schisandrin in Hupo Anshen Pills.Methods The Kromasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used at the room temperature.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(65 ∶35),at the flow rate of 0.8 mL/min.The UV detective wavelength was 250 nm.Results The calibration curve of schisandrin was linear over the range of 0.047 08-0.235 4 μg,r=1.000 0(n=5).The average recovery rates were 97.98%,RSD=0.88%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of Hupo Anshen Pills.
