摘要
目的探讨经阴道超声对早期子宫内膜癌的诊断价值。方法对62例子宫内膜癌I期的病人经阴道超声检查与术后病理检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果62例子宫内膜癌I期的病人,经阴道超声确诊51例,诊断符合率82.3%。结论阴道超声可作为早期子宫内膜癌首选的检查方法,并有助于对子宫内膜癌的治疗方法的选择。
Objective To investigate the value of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of early endometrial carcinoma. Methods To retrospectively analyze the results of transvaginal ultrasound and pathology after surgery in 62 cases with early endometrial carcinoma . Results Transvaginal ultrasound examined 62 cases of early endometrial carcinoma Preoperatively when compared with pathlogy, the corresponding rate was 82.3%. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound can be the first-line method for early endometrial carcinomas, and is helpful in the treatment of early endometrial caicrnomas.
