钬激光内切开术治疗输尿管狭窄的临床研究 被引量：9

摘要 目的:探讨输尿管镜下钬激光内切开术治疗输尿管狭窄的方法及疗效。方法:我院2008年5月～2012年1月采用经输尿管镜钬激光内切开治疗38例输尿管狭窄,术中留置双J管,术后3～5个月拔除双J管,拔管后3个月进行超声、排泄性尿路造影检查。结果:术后38例随访3～12个月;32例治愈(治愈率84.2%),4例治疗好转,2例无效。结论:输尿管镜下钬激光内切开加留置双J管治疗输尿管狭窄,是一种疗效确切、安全、微创的手术方法。
