摘要
目的探讨输尿管镜钬激光内切开治疗输尿管狭窄的疗效。方法应用输尿管镜钬激光内切开治疗11例输尿管狭窄患者,其中合并输尿管结石6例;合并输尿管息肉2例;单纯炎性狭窄3例。术后平均留置双J管6周。结果11例均手术成功。术后均获随访,平均随访时间6.5个月。11例均获痊愈。无并发症发生。结论输尿管镜钬激光内切开治疗输尿管狭窄是一种安全、有效、微创的治疗方法。
Objectives To evaluate the effect of ureteroscopic management of ureteral stricture by Holmium laser. Methods 11 cases of ureteral strictures were treated with endoureterotomy by holmium laser. 6 cases with ureteral calculi.2 cases with ureteral polyp.3 cases only stricture. Postoperatively a ureteral stent remained indwelling for an average 6 weeks. Results The operations were all successful in 11 cases. All cases underwent the treating with were followed. Followup was available in all cases at a means of 6.5 months.All patients have a good outcome. There were no complications occurred. Conclusions The application of holmium laser in ureteral stricture is a safe;effective and minimally invasive procedure.
