摘要
知识创新能力是当今高校实力的集中体现,提升高校知识创新能力是应对国际竞争、推进国家建设和实现高校发展的迫切需要。本研究从知识转移视角运用系统动力学方法分析产学研合作中高校知识创新能力提升的因果关系,构建系统动力学模型,并采用Vensim PLE软件对模型进行仿真,验证了系统对转移愿景、知识优势方知识发送能力、高校知识吸收能力影响高校知识创新能力提升具有较高的灵敏度,表明了该模型较好地对产学研合作中高校知识创新能力的提升过程进行拟合,揭示了高校知识创新能力提升的途径,以期为产学研合作中高校知识创新能力的提升提供依据。
Knowledge innovation capability is the concentrated expression of strength for today＇s university. Enhancing the knowledge in novation capability of university is the urgent need to respond to international competition, promote nationbuilding and achieve develop ment of the university. This study analyzes the causal relationship of the university＇s knowledge innovation capability in the IndustryUni versityInstitute cooperation from the knowledge transfer perspective by system dynamics method and builds system dynahaics models. Vensim PLE software is used to simulate, verify the high sensitivity of the system in the vision of transfer, knowledge sending capability of the side with knowledge advantage, and effect of the university＇ s knowledge absorption capability upon the university＇s knowledge in novation capability. The simulation results show that the model could fit the promotion process of the university＇s knowledge innovation ca pability in the IndustryUniversityInstitute cooperation, reveal the approaches of enhancing the knowledge innovation capability for uni versity, and provide university with the basis for enhancing the knowledge innovation capability in the IndustryUniversityInstitute coop eration.
