摘要
针对某地面高机动雷达Ⅰ号单元的结构特点,结合图片分析对比两种总装方案和装配工艺难点.通过采取相应的工艺措施解决产品装配安全性和装配精度问题,制定整体装配工艺流程,提高了装配效率和装配质量.简述了电子设备整机装配的基本顺序和安装的基本要求,以及电缆布线原则、顺序和方法.
Based on structure features of transportation unit I of high mobility radar, this article analyzes and com pares the difficulties of two systems assembly schemes and their difficulties. By adopting proper process measures and making overall assembly process flow chart, the safety and accuracy are achieved, and also efficiency and assembly qual ity are improved. This article briefs basic sequences and re quirement upon the electronic system assembly and its cable wiring.
