大型星载雷达天线平面度测量技术发展概述

摘要 星载雷达天线平面度测量技术是保障高性能、大尺寸天线性能稳定可靠的关键技术之一,也是当前在轨天线技术发展的重要方向。首先从通信、遥感和太阳能等领域星载天线的特征出发,阐述了天线平面度测量的必要性。之后从地面与在轨这2个方面分别介绍了不同天线平面度测量技术的工作原理、测量方式、技术特征等内容。其中,地面静态测量技术包括经纬仪测量、全站仪测量和工业摄影测量,在轨动态监测技术包括基于应变、加速度、多目视觉、投影云纹干涉、线性激光等的测量。此外,还介绍了与平面度测量互补的误差补偿技术的实现原理与方法。最后,总结了当前天线平面度测量领域面临的技术难题和发展方向。可为大型星载雷达天线平面度测量技术的深入研究和工程应用提供一定思路和参考。 The flatness measurement technology of spaceborne radar antennas is one of the key technologies to ensure the stability and reliability of high-performance and large-sized antennas,and it is also an important direction for the development of in-orbit antenna technology.Firstly,starting from the characteristics of satellite antennas in the fields of communication,remote sensing,and solar energy,the necessity of antenna flatness measurement is explained.Secondly,the working principles,measurement methods,and technical features of diverse antenna flatness measurement technologies from both ground-based and in-orbit perspectives.Specifically,ground-based static measurement techniques include theodolite measurements,total station measurement,and industrial photogrammetry.In-orbit dynamic monitoring technologies involve measurements based on strain,acceleration,multi-view vision,projection interferometry,and linear laser,etc.Furthermore,an overview of the principles and methodologies underlying error compensation technologies is presented,which serve as a vital complement to antenna flatness measurement.Finally,the technical challenges and development directions faced by the current field of antenna flatness measurement are summarized.It can provide certain ideas and references for the in-depth research and engineering applications of flatness measurement technology for large spaceborne radar antennas.
