摘要
采用力学测试、偏光分析和扫描电镜分析等手段,分别对Spheripol、Novolen和Innovene三种不同工艺的低融嵌段共聚聚丙烯产品EPS30R、2500H和K8303进行了结构性能分析。结果表明:Novolen和Innovene气相法工艺,在聚合反应过程中,对产品的球晶尺寸和橡胶相分布具有很好的控制效果,能够通过降低球晶尺寸提高橡胶相的分散均匀性,有效提高产品的冲击性能。
By the means of mechanical testing, analysis of polarizing microscope and SEM, the structure and properties of EPS30R ( Spheripol), 2500H (Novolen) and K8303 (Innovene) of low-melting-block co-polypropylene with different polymerization processes were researched. The results showed that, in the polymerization process, Novolen and Innovene gas-phase process can control the crystallite size and rubber distribution of the product better, improve the product impact performance effectively by miniaturizing the crystallite and increasing the dispersed rubber phase.
