摘要
在气相法聚丙烯装置上使用PG型催化剂生产聚丙烯1102K,并与装置原来使用的进口催化剂进行了比较,对比评价了催化剂配制情况、催化剂活性、催化剂单耗,对氢气的敏感性、熔体流动速率可调性、对原料适应性、聚丙烯粒径分布。结果表明:PG型催化剂的活性较高,达到23.736 5 kg/g(以每克催化剂生产聚丙烯的质量计),比进口催化剂高4.0%;装置操作稳定,所产聚丙烯1102K树脂颗粒形态好,产品质量达到进口催化剂生产1102K树脂的水平。
Polypropylene (PP) 1102K was produced with PG catalyst in a gas-phase PP plant. The PG catalyst was compared with the imported catalyst that should be originally used in the same plant. The catalysts' preparation procedure, activity, unit consumption, hydrogen response and adaptability to feedstock as well as the adjustability of melt flow rate and particle size distribution of the 1102K resin were contrasted and evaluated. The results show that activity of the PG catalyst reaches 23.736 5 kg PP per gram catalyst, 4.0% higher than that of the imported catalyst. The plant loaded with the PG catalyst can be operated steadily and smoothly. The particles of the l102K resin so produced possess the desired morphology; the product quality of the resin is comparable to that of its counterpart prepared with the imported catalyst.
