摘要
目的分析2005年至2010年云南省涂阳肺结核患者治疗效果的影响因素.方法利用结核病管理信息系统中涂阳患者的病案资料进行分析.结果 2005年至2010年涂阳肺结核患者平均治疗成功率94.64%(初治95.74%,复治93.41%).多因素logistic回归分析表明:年龄大、首诊单位在综合医院、复治、外地户籍、2月末痰检阳性、非全程督导及非系统管理是影响治疗成功的主要危险因素.结论实施现代结核病控制策略后患者治疗成功率有了很大提高.应根据影响患者治疗成功的危险因素实施针对性的干预措施,提高患者的治疗依从性和治疗成功率.
Objective To evaluate the treatment outcome and analyse the influencing factors of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis in Yunnan province from 2005 to 2010.Method The data of Internet based TB Reporting System were analyzed.Results The average cure successful rate of smear positive cases was 94.64%,from 2005 to 2010.The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed the risk factors were： age,diagnosis of TB outside of the government TB control institutes,retreatment patient,Nonlocal census register,smear positive at the end of 2 months,not ystem management,not full-course supervise and not systematic management.Conclusions The cure successful rate of pulmonary tuberculosis patients has been improved after the overall implementation of National Tuberculosis Control Programme（NTCP）.According to the risk factors of successful cure,we should practice directive intervention measures to improve the compliance and cure successful rate of patients.
