摘要
目的:观察龙血竭用于乳腺癌患者胸壁放射性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:60例经受胸壁放射治疗的乳腺癌胸壁放射性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用龙血竭外涂,对照组采用硼酸水、碘伏等常规治疗方法。结果:两组皮肤创面愈合时间比较,对照组明显优于治疗组,且治疗组总有效率也高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论:龙血竭能有效治疗放疗所致的急性放射性皮炎,且创面愈合所需时间短,病人所受痛苦少,确保了患者放疗的顺利进行。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Long xue jie in the treatment ot radio dermatatls oI breast cancer chest wall. Methods：60 cases of breast cancer, who bearing radiation dermatitis after chest wall radiotherapy, divided into two groups： treatment group and control group. In the treatment group, patients Coated with Long xue jie, as a control, the patients in the con trol group were coated with boric acid, iodophor, and so on. Results： Compared to the wound healing time of the two groups, we dis covered that the wound healing time of the control group was significantly longer than the treatment group, and the total effective rate of the treatment group was also higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusions： Long xue jie can effectively cure the radiation induced acute radiation dermatitis, shorten the wound healing time, reduce patient suffering, and ensure the conduction of the radiotherapy of patients.
