摘要
本文初步观察10组病例应用放射免疫分析尿中TXB_2和6-Keto-PGF_(1α)浓度变化,在临床疾病中的意义。结果表明,正常人对照组测定浓度TXB_2为191.9±23.6pg/min,6-keto—PGF_(1α)为为511.0±82.6pg/min(X±SEn=14)。尿毒症患者尿中TXB_2为45.5±8.5pg/min,6-Keto-PGF_(1α)39.8±16.1pg/min(X±SEn=12)。与对照组统计学分析比较相差非常显著P<0.01。其余各组尿中TXB_2测值较对照组有不同幅度升高,统计学分析相差显著P<0.05或相差非常显著P<0.01。6-Keto-PGF_(1α)测值随病情程度或不同疾病其变化不同。
In this paper, Preliminary study changes significance of radioimmunoassay of urinary TXB_2 and 6-keto-PGF_(1a) in the 10 groups case. In comparison were to control group p<0.01.In other patient group, The value of TXB_2 in the urinary Were all higher in varying degrees thar the normal control. Statistical study (p<0.05 or p<0.01), On the other hand, Thevalue of 6-keto-PGF_(1a) changes difference according to serious extent or variant disease.
