摘要
应用放免法测定30只家免冠状动脉前降支结扎前后不同时限和不同程度缺血时血浆TXB_2、6-Keto-PGF_1α含量及其比值的变化。结果提示,血浆TXB_2含量增加是心肌缺血早期的重要病理现象,6-Keto-PGF_1α含量增加可能在对抗心肌缺血中起到有益的保护作用。
The radio-immuncassay (RIA) methed was used for determining the plasma contents of TXB_2 and 6-keto-PGF_1α, a relative stable metabclites or TXA_2 and PGI_2, before and after the ligation of the left anterior descending (LAD) at different intervals. The result suggested that the release of TXB_2 might be a pathologic apparence in early ischemia phase, the increase of 6-keto-PGF_1α might exert benificial effect on the coronary vasculature and myceardium by providing protection against ischemia damage.
