豚鼠不同强度爆震后听反应阈及耳蜗组织化学实验观察

摘要 本实验采用听生理方法和耳蜗组织化学方法观察不同强度爆震对豚鼠听力和耳蜗琥珀酸脱氢酶、乙酰胆硷酯酶活性的影响。结果表明,爆震引起豚鼠暂时性阈移改变,与耳蜗内SDH活性相关,与AchE无明显关系,提示在声损伤的防治时,就可以从维持SDH的活性来着手,这对临床上防治爆震性聋进一步提供了理论依据。 The changes of Temporory Threshold Shift(TTS), succinic dehydrogenase (SDH), and Ach acetylthiocholinestase activity in guinea pig's cochlea after explosion were observed by auditory physiological and histochemical methods. The results suggest that the TTS is correlated with the activity of SDH in the cochlea, but, it is not correlated with the activity of (AchE). Therefore, it is possible to protect the activity of SDH to prevent and to treat the explosive injury.
