摘要
通过研究国外先进的管理类创新型研究生培养经验,立足于我国研究生教育现状,并结合管理类创新型研究生培养的"三位一体"模型,认为我国管理类创新型研究生培养在宏观上应促使促使培养管理制度化、全面保障研究生培养质量,微观上应调动师生创新积极性、共同提高研究生培养水平。
In view of international experience in training management students and the current state of postgraduate education in China, a new three-in-one model of cultivating innovative postgraduate students of management is presented. On a macroscopic level, postgraduate management education in our country should be strengthened systematically to ensure its quality. On a microscopic level, faculty and students should be more motivated to improve their teaching and learning.
