摘要
本文介绍了对康明斯柴油机气缸漏气进行就车测试的几种方法。针对康明斯柴油机P-T燃油系的特殊性,即燃油高压产生于喷油器内部而无高压油管因而无法利用高压油管的高压脉冲信号来确定气缸位置,采用了独特的措施解决起动电流法测试过程中定缸位问题。实际应用表明,起动电流测缸漏的方法简便易行,而且根据电流曲线波形很容易判断出各缸的密封情况。
Several methods for on-vehicle measurement of gas leakage from Cummins engine cylinders are presented. As a solution to the cylinder orientation required when starting current method is applied, a unique step has been adopted according to the character of P-T fuel injection system designed for Cummins diesels, namely, the high pressure of fuel is produced inside the fuel injector thus needing no high pressure fuel line so that it is impossible to fulfil the cylinder orientation by making use of the high pressure impulses created by fuel injection pipes. Real application has shown that the starting current method for cylinder gas leakage measurement is much simple and effective, and based on the curve waves of electric current, the sealing situation in each cylinder of the engine can be assessed readily.
