摘要
本文报道一种检测柴油机高压油路压力的夹持式压力传感装置,阐述了其主要参数选择的理论依据,并给出了实测油压波形.图1是夹持式压力传感器的结构简图.其工作原理是:当油管通入高压油时油管产生膨胀变形力,该力通过传力块传递到压电片上,压电片由于正压电效应而产生电荷,该电荷经处理后即可得出表示压力大小的电压信号.
The principle and design criterion of a clamp-on transducer are discussed. By using the injection line of a diesel engine as the object of detection, formulae for calculating the equivalent mass and natural frequency of the transducer are proposed based on an analysis of a model of two degrees of freedom and two orders made up of the injection line and the transducer. The formulae are proposed also for the purpose of suppressing the vibration and giving a low natural frequency. The consistency between vibration suppression and low natural frequency is discussed. The theoretical background of the selection of other parameters of the transducer is described. The waveform of the oil pressure measured is given and comp ared with that obtained by the serial transducer.
