摘要
通过分析我国目前医疗卫生事业发展状况以及存在的问题,剖析原因,对目前正在进行的医疗卫生制度改革进行思考,认为应加强政府调控与市场调节的双重作用,兼顾"市场"与"公平",扭转目前"看病难、看病贵"的局面。
Reflecting on the ongoing health care system reform and analyzing the medical and health services development, existing problems as well as reasons, I suggest that we should strengthen the cooperation between government regulation and market regulation and take into account the market and fairness so as to reverse the current situation of＂being difficult and expensive to see a doctor＂.
