摘要
目前,我国医疗改革面对卫生保障覆盖率低,资源分布不均,初级医疗服务滞后,药费居高不下,看病难、看病贵问题,以及医疗服务供给者及需求者双方均不满意的尴尬局面,由于政府的不当干预及责任缺失使改革举步维艰,医患矛盾日益突出。通过对我国医疗改革失败原因进行分析,从而为采取相应措施,促进医疗改革全新局面的形成提供理论基础。
Nowdays the health reform in China faces the problems of low coverage rate of medical care, the uneven distributing health resource, the lag of primary health service, the high expenses for medicine. Both the medicine provider and demander aren＇t pleased with such situation. The government＇s improper intervention and responsibility absence make the reform in an awkward predicament. The conflicts between doctors and patients become obvious. Try to analyze the situation of health reform,and provide a better health reform prospects.
