摘要
自动化焊接薄壁容器时,在纵焊缝的两端容易出现未熔合现象,需要补焊,部分容器报废,给企业生产造成一些经济损失。本文在分析缺陷产生原因的基础上,采取一些措施:如合理调整焊接工艺参数;焊接设备的维修和保养,定期更换导电嘴和清理焊枪内的熔渣;对控制系统的部分功能进行扩展,减少了焊接缺陷。
When automatic welding thin board vessel, at the two bottom of vertical welding seam, some non melting zone appear, the zone need welding again by hand operation and some vessels have to scrap, which can make some factories damage much money. In order to reduce the quantity of adding welding and casting of vessels, the reasons for defects were analyzed, some ideas were put forward, such as adjusting welding parameters, keeping welding sets well, changing the electrode, spreading some function of controlling system which reduce the welding fault.
