摘要
焊缝强度是影响薄壁承压容器整体强度的关键因素,为研究保证其焊缝强度的焊接及热处理工艺路线,采用TIG方法对薄壁6061铝合金材料进行了焊接,焊后采用了固溶加人工时效的热处理方式。通过拉伸试验对焊缝的强度进行研究,确定了合适的焊接参数和热处理工艺,分析了焊缝缺陷的产生原因和解决办法。
The welded joint strength of thin-skinned pressure vessel acts as critical factor of its pressure proof. To study technics of welding and heat treatment for ensuring strength of welded joint in it, 6061 aluminum alloy plates were welded by TIG. And then heat treatment is applied to the plates with "solution treatment + artificial aging". Tensile tests were used to verify the strength of welded joint. Feasible parameters of TIG and heat treatment were confirmed by the tests. The cause of weld defect and the countermeasure are mentioned in this paper.
