摘要
采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测 39例肺癌组织中HSP70的表达 .结果显示 :HSP70在高度分化的肺鳞癌和肺腺癌组织中的阳性表达率与癌旁正常肺组织之间具有高度显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,HSP70的表达在高分化的肺鳞癌与高分化的肺腺癌之间则无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) .在低分化的肺鳞癌和肺腺癌组织中 ,HSP70呈阴性反应 .HSP70在肺癌组织中表达水平的高低与肺癌细胞的分化程度密切相关 ,而与肺癌的组织学类型无关 .
The immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect HSP70 expression in the tissues of 39 cases of lung cancer.Experimental results showed that there was highly significant difference between the positive rats of HSP70 expression in the tissues of well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma of lungs and in the normal tissues by the carcinomas(P<0.01),and that there was not significant difference between those in the tissues of well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma of lungs(P>0.05).HSP70 explession was negative reaction in the tissues of poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma of lungs.The high or low of HSP70 expressive level in the tissues of lung cancer was closely relative to the differentiation degree of the cancer cells,and was irrelative to the histological types of lung cancer.
