摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定冬胃颗粒中高良姜素的含量。方法:色谱柱:Diamonsil(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(38∶62),检测波长:266 nm。结果:冬胃颗粒中高良姜素在1.6～56μg.ml-1范围呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 5;回收率为98.70%,RSD为1.8%(n=6)。结论:所建立的方法准确、简便、灵敏、可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective： To establish the determination method for galangin in Dongwei granules by HPLC.Method： The HPLC method was performed on a Diamonsil column（200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）with acetonitrile-0.1% H3PO4（38∶ 62）as the mobile phase and detection wavelength at 266 nm.Result： The galangin had promising linear relationship within the range of 1.6-56 μg·ml-1,and the average recovery was 98.70% with RSD of 1.8%.Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate,and can be used in the quality control of Dongwei granules.
