海鞘血细胞钒酰离子络合物的ESR波谱研究

摘要 据分析被囊动物海鞘血细胞中钒含量及相应还原糖的含量估计分别为2.4171μg/mL和26.47μg/mL.钒离子与还原糖的摩尔比是1:3.并且测得了液氮温度下及室温下的钒酰离子VO2+的ESR谱,由此推测出钒酰离子络合物可能的结构模型.根据该结构模型,计算所得分子轨道能级与VO2+钒酰离子相当稳定这一现象吻合,而且利用波谱参数在计算机中模拟,所得模拟谱和实验谱十分接近. Based on the experimental results, we conclude that vanadylion in blood cells of ascidian sydneiensis samea and reducing sugar corresponding to vanadium in it are estimated about 2.417μg/mL and 26.74μg/mL, respectively. The molor ratio of vanadyl ion to reducing suger is 1:3. The ESR spectra of vanadyl ion in blood cells of the ascidian sydneinsis samea are detected in homgenate at liquid nitrogen temperature and room temperature. A structure model of vanadyl complex ion is assumed. According to the model, the results of calculating the energy levels of the molecular orbits is identical with the fact that vanadyl ion is considerably steady. Furthermore, the ESR spectrum imitated by using spectrum parameter in computer is similar to the ESR spectrum detected.
