摘要
科研管理体制和科研导向是发展科学技术、造就科技拔尖人才最重要的两个因素。为了迎接我国科研新时期的来临，本文避开科研管理体制，专就科研中的几个重要导向性问题予以论述，其中包括现代科学体系结构、科学期刊分类、科研成果分类、应用基础研究方法探讨等。
The Management system and the direction of scientific research are two mostimportan factors developing science and technology and training successors. This paperdiscussed several theortan problems except for the management system of scientific research.
