摘要
通过试验分析了固体颗粒污染物对液压节流调速回路速度刚度的影响 ,比较了不同污染条件下三种节流调速回路的速度 -负载特性 .研究结果表明 ,不同尺寸的固体颗粒污染物对回路速度刚度的影响是不同的 ,这对正确设计与使用节流调速回路具有实际的指导意义 .
This paper analyses the effect of the solid particle contaminant on the velocity_load characteristic of three hydraulic velocity_modulating circuits by experiments. It provides a contrast of this effect on the three circuits. The study indicates that different size particle contaminants have different effects on the velocity_load characteristic. The present research is of practical significance in designing and using the throttle velocity modulating circuit.
