摘要
利用AEP - 5汽车专用数据测试分析仪 ,对HEV6 70 0电动客车进行道路试验 .通过试验分析 ,判断其传动系与整车参数匹配的合理性 .在不需知道车辆的风阻系数、迎风面积及道路滚动阻力系数的情况下 ,根据滑行试验结果进行数学运算 ,求出每一车速下车辆的道路及空气阻力值 ,再与加速过程结果比较 ,进而求出电动机的输出转矩和工作转速 ,由此分析车辆行驶过程中电动机的工作状态 .结果表明 ,试验车的电动机主要工作于低效率区 ,说明其传动系的参数与整车参数匹配不合理 .提出了重新设计传动系 ,优化其传动比的建议 .
Using the AEP_5 data acquisition and analysis system for automobile, a road experiment of HEV 6700 electric bus is carried out in order to find out whether the mating of the drive train and the vehicle is reasonable or not by the experiment analysis. Given that the wind resistance coefficient, the windage area and the road resistance coefficient are not known, the resistance value under each vehicle speed is calculated according to the experiment result and by the mathematic process. Then, by calculating the motor's output torque and the rotating speed as compared with the result of the accelerating process, the driving motor's working conditions can be discovered. The result shows that the motor of HEV6700 works mainly at the low efficient condition and that the parameter of the drive train does not match that of the vehicle. Accordingly, a proposal is put forward that the drive train must be redesigned and the ratio of the drive train must be improved.
