摘要
目的:运用模糊综合评价方法对嘉陵江南充段的水质进行综合评价。方法:根据环境质量标准的5个等级建立评价等级集,选择降半梯形分布来确定隶属函数,建立模糊关系矩阵,采用超标倍数赋权法确立权重系数,构造权重系数矩阵,将模糊矩阵和权重矩阵进行合成,计算水质综合评价结果。结果:结果表明,总氮和粪大肠菌群是嘉陵江南充段主要超标因子。2003-2009年嘉陵江南充段三断面水质总体呈现逐年好转的趋势。其中,清泉寺饮用水水源水质属于III类,基本能够达到饮用要求。小渡口控制断面和李渡镇出境断面,水质级别在IV和V类之间。结论:模糊综合评价充分考虑了多个因子对水体的影响,其结果更加准确、客观,因此可为该地区的水质规划与管理工作提供科学的参考依据。
Objective : Evaluation of fuzzy comprehensive was used for evalutating comprehensively the water quality of the sec- tion of Nanchong on Jialingjiang. Method: The evaluating grade congregation was established based on 5 grades of environ- mental quality standard. The subordinate function was confirmed to establish fuzzy relation matrix by selecting the falling semitrapezoid distribution. The weight coefficient was confirmed to construct weight coefficient matrix by using super, standard muhiple weight method. And the comprehensive evaluating results on water quality of the section of Nanchong on Jialingjiang was got by combination Of fuzzy relation matrix and weight coefficient matrix.. Result:The results showed that TN and FC were the main exceeded targets. The water quality of the three sections was getting better from 2003 to 2009. The drinking water source quality in Qingquanshi was Ⅲ degree, and basically can met the need of drinpking. The water quality was be- tween Ⅲ degree and Ⅴ degree at the section of control in Xiaodukou and at the section of leave the country in Liduzhen. con- clusion : The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation stressed that a number of factors fully into account the impact on water and was more accurate, objective. So it could provide scientific reference for water quality program and management of drinking water source protection area.
