摘要
采用溶胶—凝胶法制备掺锌纳米TiO2光催化剂,用XRD、SEM等方法表征了催化剂的晶体结构及表面形貌,并实验研究了光催化去除水中腐殖酸的能力。结果表明:Zn2+掺杂能够提高纳米TiO2的光催化活性,当掺锌量为2%时,焙烧温度为500℃,制备的催化剂活性较好。当腐殖酸浓度为10 mg/L,溶液pH=6.5,催化剂投加量为2 g/L时,在紫外灯光照射3 h下,掺锌量为2%的纳米TiO2对水中腐殖酸的降解率可达94.19%。
Zn doped nano-TiO2 photo-catalyst based on the doping modification was prepared by the sol-gel method, and was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The pho- to-catalytic activity of Zn-doped TiO2 on degradation of humic acid was experimentally studied. The results showed that the addition of Zn〉 to TiO2 enhanced its photocatalytic activity, and the catalyst activity was better when the doped zinc was 2% and the calcination temperature was 500℃. When the humic acid concentration was 10 mg/L, solution pH=6.5, catalyst dosage 2 g/L, UV light irradiation 3 h, and doped zinc 2%, the nano-TiO2 degradation rate of humic acid in water was up to 94.19%.
