锌掺杂二氧化钛对含酚废水的降解作用的研究 被引量:4

Study on catalytic degradation of zinc doped titanium dioxide for wastewater containing phenol

摘要 以钛酸四丁酯为主要原料,氯化锌溶液为掺杂剂,采用超声分散法制备了含锌的二氧化钛光催化剂.并采用X射线衍射(XRD),透射电镜(TEM)对产品进行了表征.同时研究了不同影响因素对苯酚去除率的影响.结果表明,焙烧温度为500℃,锌掺杂量r(Zn∶Ti)=0.01,催化剂的最佳投加量为2 g/L光催化性最好. Zn doped titanium dioxide photocatalyst were prepared via ultrasonic dispersion method. Tetrabutyl titanate was main raw material, zinc chloride solution was a doping agent. The structure and morphology of the asprepared samples were characterized by X - ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). At the same time, the different influence factors on the removal efficiency of phenol were studied. When calcinations temperature was 500 ℃, the amount of zinc doped r ( Zn: Ti ) was 0.01, catalyst dosage was 2 g/ L , the photocatalysis was optimum.
