摘要
采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定露酒中的铁含量,对产生的不确定度的各项来源及其评定方法进行分析,从而建立一种分析实验室不确定度的评定方法,使实验结果更有客观性和准确性,并且为火焰原子吸收法测定重金属元素的不确定度评价提供一定的参考。
Iron in alcoholic drinks was determined by the atomic absorption spectrometry.An analysis was made on the various sources of uncertainty for the determination and the methods of evaluating them,thus establishing a method of evaluating uncertainty for an assay laboratory,so as to make experimental results more objective and accurate,and also to provide some valuable references for the evaluation of uncertainty for the determination of heavy metallic elements by the atomic absorption spectrometry.
